Reporting to the Head of Digital Surgery Supply Chain for Orthopedics, the Business Engagement Lead is expected to lead the change management and business engagement for the Digital Surgery Supply Chain and partner teams associated with the business transformation initiative. This key role is the lead across the Operations, Project, HR and Communications teams to drive a comprehensive change strategy and oversight of execution of all change activities impacting the culture, environment, people and processes of the business.

The Business Engagement Lead will be a member of the Digital Surgery Orthopedics Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and execution plan for organization transition - from agreement through adoption
- Lead site change management activities as defined, with cross-functional planning and execution for site changes
- Implement site engagement plan with site LT, including talent upskilling for change leadership, environment positivity with resilience, and performance management
- Enable change execution with no service disruption and within planned downtime
- Alignment with business and/or site engagement, including but not limited to Credo, ERG, NPI, etc.
- Develop deployment and on-going performance and engagement monitoring for effectiveness
- Sets the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Undergraduate degree in business, organizational management, or supply chain fields
- 10+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility, in positions of business partnership and leading large scale change initiatives.
- Understanding of the linkages in Supply Chain from demand planning through delivery to customer.
- Experience working in a complex matrix organization and achieving results through leveraging internal and external partners.
- Ability to create and communicate a compelling future vision, gaining support and alignment.
- Experience in developing strategic plans that align with corporate goals.
- Direct knowledge of MedTech business
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Preferred Skills
- Graduate degree/studies in science, business, organizational management or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Orthopedics supply chain.
- Experience working in Transformation initiatives, include network optimization.
Other:
• The anticipated base pay range for this position is 120,000 to 207,000
