Key Responsibilities:
- Support high-throughput screening assay execution within the Antibody Discovery team.
- Design, analyze, document and communicate screening results to project teams and colleagues.
Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree and with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience is required
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Experience with at least one antibody screening assay format (ELISA, MSD, flow cytometry, AlphaLISA) is required
- Proficient with mammalian cell culture is required
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply statistics to experimental results is required
- Proven ability to innovate and solve problems is required
- Maintain accurate electronic laboratory notebooks and other records and writing of technical reports, summaries, protocols, and manuscripts is required
Preferred:
- Flow cytometry expertise is preferred
- Screening assay development experience is preferred
- Experience with automated liquid handling system (Biomek, plate washers, ...) is preferred
- Knowledge of Antibody Discovery processes is preferred
