Position Summary:

The Contract Inquiry Support Team (CIS) provides answers to contract-related inquiries generated by our direct/indirect customers and business partners, seeks to improve synchronization of contract price and eligibility, resolves customer price and eligibility discrepancies and supports contracting process improvements.

As an Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include operational execution, process improvements, and strategic collaboration with internal business partners such as our operating company franchise partners and other internal Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to support base business, reporting needs, process efficiencies, and/or strategy improvements and implementations.
  • Drive and implement improvement processes or policies that will positively impact internal efficiencies and the customer experience.
  • Work in conjunction with team members and collaborators to identify common root causes and design solutions that increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • Review, analyze, and streamline metrics and data collection processes to add deeper business perspective to evaluate trending, and report out to management.
  • Design new metrics and reports to support changing business needs, applying Excel and Tableau.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize, and effectively achieve deadlines with little supervision.
  • Effectively partner and communicate with JJHCS counterparts (Contract Administration, Offer Development, and U.S. Operations and Operating Companies).
  • Use multiple systems (ICS, CORE, MDM, HPE, etc.) to successfully manage workload on a timely basis.


Qualifications

Education:

A Minimum of a bachelor's or equivalent University degree is required.

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have a strong instinct to act and able to work independently, while taking ownership of issues.
  • Customer-centric approach and the ability to address customer issues in an effective and timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle partner inquiries/issues, developing and delivering solutions, and interdependent partnering to resolve complex business matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to business partners and senior management.
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to consolidate information & present complex data in simplified terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and support strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners and to influence and collaborate.
  • Demonstrated partnership or leadership with projects and/or across functional teams with conflicting deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.

Preferred:

  • Contracting and/or direct customer-facing experience.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Experience in ICS, CORE, MDM, Salesforce.com.
  • Advanced experience troubleshooting and/or building reports in Tableau.
  • LEAN, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence Methodology experience, training, or certification.
  • Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Other:

  • Requires ability to work in Raritan, NJ and travel up to 10% domestically
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is 61000 to 97750.
    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
  • The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
  • Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
