The 340B Manager Government Contracts serves as the primary contact for 340B program contracting. The manager ensures compliance with 340B regulations and company policies; by reviewing non-compliance requests, managing key internal and external key relationships, and maintaining thorough documentation. This position reports to the ECM Director National and State Government Programs.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary contact for 340B program contracting.

• Implement and maintain robust internal processes in managing all aspects of the 340B program, AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), as it relates to 340B, to ensure adherence to federal regulations and internal policies.

• Conduct regular reviews of covered entity 340B non-compliance requests. Identify potential compliance issues. Engage in discussions with Covered Entities, as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams including 340B Strategy & Operations, Legal, Government Pricing, and Finance, to ensure alignment with the 340B program, ADAP, and IRA.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as covered entities and government agencies to address 340B and ADAP related inquiries.

• Provide education and training on 340B, ADAP, and or IRA contracting/non-compliance/regulations to internal stakeholders.

• Analyze 340B data to identify trends and raise awareness to appropriate internal stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive data on 340B non-compliance/contracting, including key metrics (Tableau) with executive summary to Leadership Team (quarterly).

• Maintain detailed documentation of 340B program activities to support audit readiness.

• Develop and update internal SOP's and Work Instructions to ensure processes are accurately documented and reviewed on a routine basis.

• Stay abreast of evolving 340B regulations and industry best practices to develop and update department policies and procedures that reflect regulatory changes and company objectives/policies.

Qualifications

Education:

A minimum of a Bachelors or equivalent University degree is required with a focus in a business-related curriculum preferred.

Required:

• A minimum of 8 years business experience with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Tech.

• A familiar understanding of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and its regulations.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.

• Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines and deliverables.

• Experience in contracting systems (i.e., ICS and CORE).

• Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in government contracting or healthcare compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions to complex business matters.

Other:

• This position has an estimated annual salary of 100,000 to 172,500 USD$

- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
