Koons Toyota Westminster is looking for a fulltime detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory/Tag and Title Clerk to ensure accurate processing of vehicle related documents.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Post daily vehicle purchases and sales
- Processes related vehicle transactions
- Provides title due status and updates to management
- Ensuring accurate title work is completed; working closely with sales and F&I
- Additional tasks as determined by the Office manager and Controller

What are we looking for:
- Two or more years of accounting experience in an automotive dealership or degree in accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of automotive accounting practices
