What you will be doing as a Customer Service Representative:
Greeting clients
Answering phones
Responding to email inquiries
Dispatching customer inquiries to the proper person
Preparing rental contracts and inspecting rentals with clients before they leave

Inspecting rentals with clients when they return
Calling clients when tags are in and have clients sign for tags
Collecting payment from clients
Making sure all rentals are clean and ready for client and sending rentals to the cleanup area
Making sure that rental is returned with keys
Check service history on rentals and have them serviced when they are due
Monitoring and responding to all online chats
Scan documents
