Job Summary
Are you passionate about helping others grow and succeed? Join our team as a Training and Development Specialist! You'll plan, design, organize, conduct, and evaluate training programs for managers, supervisors, and staff. Your role will be crucial in providing effective organizational development solutions to support our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Training Needs : Assess and identify training needs within the organization.
- Develop Training Programs : Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness : Create and use evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Deliver Training : Conduct engaging classroom training sessions.
- Curriculum Development : Develop and maintain a core curriculum for supervisory training.
- Collaborate with Leadership : Partner with organizational leaders to facilitate training programs.
- Apply Adult Learning Principles : Use adult learning principles to maximize training effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in a training role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills : Proficiency in Croatian and English (B2 level or higher).
