Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
A Sr. Engineer will have a defined area of expertise either in a particular competency or industry. They will have mastered technology specific to their area of competence. Will be able to convey technical solutions to other engineers and to business personnel. Capable of being the lead engineer involved in a cross functional team. They will be able to drive cross functional project teams in solving technical problems and overcoming hurdles that may affect project timelines. Will have previous experience of releasing a product into a manufacturing production environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Join development team, and design test (diagnostic tools)
• Study latest IntelAMDNicstorage feature.
• Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)，deliver test tool on schedule.
• Cowork with EE, BIOS and BMC teams，help hardware debug and validation.
• Write test tool design document.
• Meeting with project team and have good communication with customer design team.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to develop mathematical models of physical reality and solve them, then implement the results.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• C Language(Meduim)
• Python Language(Basic)
• Linux driver (Meduim)
• Git control system (Basic)
• Familiar with X86 system (Basic)
• RTOS is a plus
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint
