Sr. Maintenance Supervisor

To create the preventive and predictive maintenance programmes of the Facilities related machines and equipment and driving to for adheres and implementation of those programs.

Coordinate with external agencies to execute project-related activities as an expert in the field, ensuring their completion within the specified timeline.

Location: Dholera Gujrat State, India

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees the prioritization and coordination of activities for the facility maintenance staff.

• Ensures all team members receive proper training in their designated functional areas.
• Performs routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical systems as necessary. Troubleshoots, repairs, and prescribes required maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance with minimal downtime.
• Recommends and upholds Preventative Maintenance schedules and systems for all equipment, utilizing reliability metrics to identify the root causes of failures.
• Manages the inventory of facility maintenance parts, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinates and oversees third-party contractor support as required.
• Ensures the proper storage and disposal of waste materials in compliance with regulations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Graduates in Electrical Engineering with experience in the field is around 7 to 8 Years. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills.

Should have the experience in the similar companies such as Electric Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical.

Should have the cleanroom operation and maintenance experience.

Graduates in Electrical Engineering with experience in the field is around 7 to 8 Years. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products.
