Job Summary: Represent the quality function in technical support, working with internal teams on manufacturing issues for global customer accounts. Act as a liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers/customers on quality-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain QA plans for new product introductions.
- Support quoting activities through process design and implementation.
- Provide input on inspection processes and guidelines.
- Develop and implement specialized training sessions.
- Manage document storage and review systems for customer accounts.
- Review and track corrective actions for discrepancies.
- Participate in vendor surveys and support supplier process improvements.
- Interface with departments on policies and procedures.
- Assist in process improvement and standardization efforts.
- Provide technical support on quality issues to customers.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations.
- Follow company security procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree ( (Production Management, Quality Management or related)
- five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in both Croatian and English
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data,
- practical knowledge of quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Control Plan, 8D report),
- knowledge of production processes,
- proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in working for an Electronic Manufacturing Services company is highly desirable.
