We have an excellent opportunity for the Quality Technician to join our team based in Dublin 15 on our Evening Shift, Monday to Thursday 15:15 PM to 23:15 PM, on Friday 14:15 to 21:15 PM.

To enhance the capabilities of the QA Department by providing administrative and technical support to the Quality Engineer.
Key Responsibilities and End Results
- Prepare visual aids.
- Assist the Quality Engineer or Quality Technician in the engineering function.
- • Prepare the raw data for analysis.
- Help to do the routine process and product audit.
- To follow up the new product introduction and experiment.
- To monitor the SPC status of related area.
- To review the defect sample and check the purge process.
- Help to setup quality data collections and visual aids in MES (Manufacturing Engineering System) for new products.
- To follow up the execution of DA, ECN and CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action).
- To review non-conformance material and products.
Person specification:
- Computer literate with intermediate / Advanced MS Office skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Strong planning & organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- A "can do" work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Specifications
Essential criteria
- Minimum Leaving Certificate required or equivalent. May substitute experience in lieu of educational requirements.
- Minimum level of Quality Inspector III.
- Good knowledge of Quality process, GMP and GDP.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Lean Methodologies.
- Good knowledge and understanding of containment process
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Desired criteria
- BS/BA degree in Manufacturing Technology / Mechanical Engineering / Electronical / Electronics / Mechatronics
- Experience in electronic manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in leading process improvements / lean manufacturing activities in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
