Job Description
岗位职责
1. 依据图纸、检验标准，对钣金件、焊接件、装配成品/半成品进行尺寸、外观、功能等检验。
2. 定期稽核生产现场，监督生产过程中的工艺纪律执行情况，纠正不符合工艺规范的生产和检验行为

3. 对检验过程中发现的不合格品进行标识、隔离，并及时向上级报告。
4. 能独立解决产品检验过程中出现的一般质量问题。
5. 能独立完成检验报告，能对检验数据进行整理和分析，为质量改进提供依据。
6. 协助QE解决和预防质量问题，提出改进建议和预防措施。
7. 不良反馈单的发出及回收，台账管理
8.准确、及时、完整记录质量检测数据，并按时提交质检日报表和相关质检数据台帐.
9.变更零件的跟进处理，按照变更单之心
10. 参与相关部门对生产中发生的突发质量事故质量检验和分析，提交相关的质量分析报告；
任职要求
1. 机械相关专业，能看懂机械图纸，中专及以上学历。
2. 熟练使用各种量具，如各类卡尺、千分尺、角度尺等，能准确测量零件的真实尺寸
3. 具有5年以上钣金件质保部检验工作经验，熟悉冲压、切割、折弯、压铆、抽/拉铆、焊接、电镀、装配等钣金加工工艺。。
4. 态度积极向上、工作认真负责，严谨细致，具有较强的质量意识。
5. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
6.年龄25~40岁，具有一定的分析判断能力、应变能力和解决问题能力、能吃苦，热爱工作，具体团队合作精神
