ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, ensuring thorough testing of hardware products to meet stringent quality benchmarks.
- Lead and execute complex testing scenarios, including stress testing, reliability testing, and regression testing, to validate hardware performance under diverse conditions.
- Collaborate closely with hardware design and development teams to provide valuable input on product requirements and design for testability.
- Utilize advanced testing tools and techniques to conduct in-depth analysis of hardware components, identifying potential areas for optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing test results, identifying patterns, and implementing proactive measures to enhance product quality.
- Establish and maintain robust documentation processes for test plans, procedures, and results to ensure traceability and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Champion quality assurance best practices and contribute to the development of testing standards and methodologies to elevate testing processes.
- Perform In-House training and mentoring of a multi-discipline engineering staff.
- Provide technical guidance and advice.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in testing methodologies, able to develop and execute test plans, including functional testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, etc.
- In-depth understanding of products and technologies in the telecom/Networks industry, familiarity with protocols, network structures, and related standards.
- Experience with automation testing tools, capable of writing automation test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Quickly and accurately identify and locate issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with development teams, product teams, etc., to collectively enhance product quality.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate problems, test results, and recommendations, and effectively communicate with team members and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, pursuit of excellence in quality standards, and continuous improvement of testing processes and methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to independently analyze and resolve various challenges encountered during the testing process.
- Quick learning of new technologies and domain knowledge, continuously updating testing skills and knowledge.
- Good English reading and writing skills, capable of understanding English documents and effectively communicating with international teams.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering degree, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years' experience in telecom/networks product validation, including test plan development, execution, and analysis.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
