Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading all medical unit and occupational Health activities, controls and standards. Manages a cross function health and wellness team at a single site or multiple near proximity sites and is responsible for the provision of Global Health services including Occupational Medicine, Wellness & Health Promotion programs and Employee Assistance programs. Directly supervises Occupational Health Physicians and Nurses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for successful implementation of all Global Health Services (GHS) (EAP, Wellness & Occupational Health) by applying centrally developed strategies, resources, and tools locally.
- Provides clinical healthcare services including medical care for Injuries & illnesses, Case Management of Occupational Injuries and Illness, Medical Surveillance examination and general health education and coaching.
- Is responsible for compliance associated with occupational health at the locations they support including, compliance with applicable local regulations and recordkeeping and Jabil's global health standards.
- Is accountable for delivery of agreed-to regional Health metrics and outcomes.
- Continuously monitors all aspects of site GHS performance.
- Responsible and coordinate medical exams, and the medical surveillance program.
- Responsible and coordinate employees' medical files requirements.
- Provide support to EHS programs.
- Responsible, Organize and coordinate the Medical Preventive Campaigns.
- Comply with GHS Medical Training.
- Responsible of applicable Global Health Services training to new hire associates.
- Coordinate and Participates in Medical Education Planning.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven leadership: ability to gain trust and influence at all levels; collaborative.
- Senior knowledge of occupational health at industrial level companies.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
- English level (Intermediate-advanced).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold current doctor license.
- Medical College degree or above.
- 3 or more years of experience as a Company clinic doctor or as occupational doctor.
- Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
