As part of the Global Talent Management team, the Learning & Talent Development Manager will identify development needs, implement the Learning & Development Programs and offerings to meet the needs across early career professionals to managers & experienced professionals globally. Reporting to Director of Learning & Development, he/she/they will partner with Business & HR leaders to develop and execute results-driven Learning and talent management outcomes which meet current and future needs driving innovation in talent development.
What can you expect to do?
Learning & Development
- Design, deploy, and facilitate soft skill and leadership development solutions for early career, mid, and senior-level employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (i.e., Learning and Development Enterprise team, Talent Partners, HR Business Partners, local L&D partners and business leaders) in building skills and leadership learning solutions that scale and continuously enhance business goals.
- Coordinate and execute an integrated strategy within each region and function, addressing both short- and long-term talent and leadership development needs while ensuring the strength and continuity of the talent pipeline.
- Coach local training professionals on defining training needs and effectiveness metrics, as well as define and analyze metrics to assess the impact of leadership development programs and the overall strength of Jabil's leadership population.
- Establish and maintain active sponsorship for formal leadership development strategies and initiatives.
Talent Management
- Lead and support regional talent reviews, workforce planning, and succession planning in coordination with HRBPs and Function, ensuring alignment with the enterprise talent management framework.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and deep expertise in talent evaluation and assessment to HRBPs and business leaders, driving results-based strategies and consistent talent management practices.
- Facilitate individual development conversations and coaching to help leaders improve their self-awareness, self-confidence, and overall leadership.
What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?
- Demonstrated success in driving Learning and Development and Talent Management initiatives, enhancing organizational readiness and strengthening talent.
- Exceptional communicator with a proven ability to navigate and achieve results in a matrixed environment.
- Strong history of delivering complex, multidisciplinary talent programs, including leadership and team effectiveness, with agility in adapting to changing circumstances and customer needs.
- Highly developed leadership, consulting, and coaching skills, with a superior ability to influence and engage challenging stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep business acumen and a keen understanding of talent and learning trends across global markets.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required and 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in a Learning and Development or Talent Management role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High growth industry experience
