Job Description
Jabil is seeking an Inventory Control Trainer to work 2nd shift in its Florence, KY locations.
How will you make an impact? The Inventory Control Trainer will conduct established training programs in the manufacturing or engineering processes.

- 2nd Shift Needed (schedule is Monday-Friday 3 pm-12 am)
- Hourly pay ranges from $20.50-$24.00 depending on experience with 2nd shift differential.
- $500 Sign-On Bonus offered to external non-Jabil employees.
What will you do?
- Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How will you get here?
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Logistics or Warehouse experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficiency in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software.
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
