ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.库存计划制定：依据销售数据、生产计划和市场预测，制定合理的库存计划，明确各类物资的安全库存水平与补货点，确保库存既能满足业务需求，又不积压过多资金。
2.库存盘点：定期进行库存盘点，核实库存数量与系统记录是否一致，及时发现并处理盘盈、盘亏等异常情况，保证库存数据的准确性。
3.库存数据管理：维护库存管理系统，及时更新库存出入库信息，生成库存报表，为各部门提供准确的库存数据，辅助决策。
4.库存成本与风险控制：分析库存成本构成，通过优化库存结构、降低库存持有成本等措施控制成本；同时，关注市场动态，防范库存积压或缺货风险。
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.库存管理：制定库存计划，明确各类物资的安全库存和补货点，监督库存盘点工作，确保库存数据准确，及时处理盘盈、盘亏情况。
2.团队协作：合理分配库存管理工作任务，协调团队成员间的工作衔接，组织团队培训，提升成员业务水平，解决团队内部工作矛盾。
3.成本控制：监控库存成本，分析库存持有成本、缺货成本等，通过优化库存结构、合理安排补货等方式降低成本。
4.风险应对：关注市场动态和供应链变化，识别库存积压或缺货风险，制定应急预案，监督风险应对措施的执行，保障库存稳定。
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
1.库存管理专业知识：熟悉库存管理模型，如 ABC 分类法、经济订货量模型等，能合理规划库存水平，制定补货策略。
2.数据分析知识：掌握数据分析方法，能够分析销售数据、生产数据等，预测库存需求，通过数据优化库存结构。
3.物流与供应链知识：了解物流运作流程，熟悉供应链上下游关系，明白运输、仓储对库存的影响，保障库存物资顺畅流转。
4.成本与风险知识：知晓库存成本构成，会计算持有成本、缺货成本等，掌握库存风险评估与应对方法，降低库存积压或缺货风险。
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理等相关专业。
需学习过物流管理、库存管理、供应链规划等课程，掌握库存控制的理论知识。
经验要求
2 - 5 年库存控制相关工作经验，有大型企业或快消行业经验者优先考虑，
熟悉库存管理系统操作，有实际的库存盘点、数据录入与维护经验。
具备库存计划与控制经验，能根据需求预测制定合理库存策略，有成本控制意识，能优化库存水平以降低成本。
