How will you make an impact?
As an Inventory Analyst I, you will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, traceability, and efficiency. You will identify and resolve discrepancies, analyze the root causes of inventory issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.

What will you do?
- Monitor material transactions and inventory levels to maintain accuracy.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Execute inventory transactions and reporting within internal and customer systems.
- Support the development and implementation of inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, supply chain, and program management, to optimize inventory processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and inventory control procedures.
- Utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
How will you get here?
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or a related field.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory tracking tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Certification in inventory management or supply chain (APICS, CPIM, or similar).
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
