Serves as a point of contact for employees and visitors, answers questions, and escalates issues when necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists current and former employees by answering questions, helping with paperwork, resolving issues and escalating when necessary
- Greets visitors and contacts appropriate Jabil employees
- Creates visitor name badges and assigns loaner badges to employees in accordance with the site security policy
- Contacts candidates to schedule interviews
- Moves candidates through the applicant recruiting system ensuring they are in the appropriate stage of the recruitment process
- Disseminates and tracks interview information on a daily basis to managers and supervisors
- Fields and answers a high volume of HR related questions in person and over the phone
- Verifies Individual Training Forms are completed correctly, ensures errors are corrected, enters the training records into the Training Database and files hard copies in training files
- Creates and maintains electronic personnel files and training files
- Reviews and completes verifications of employment (VOE) requests
- Acts as a back up for the main lobby receptionist
- Orders supplies as needed
- Prepares and sends records to off-site storage and retrieves archived records as required
- Supports the planning and execution of employee appreciation events
- Works safely at all times and complies with Environmental Health and Safety standards and work practices along with all other work rules
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic reading, writing and math skills (i.e. 8th grade level)
Basic PC skills (i.e. keyboarding skills, basic mouse usage, opening and closing programs and files using MS Windows)
Strong customer service skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and extended use of computer screen
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Workstation is located in the office area
The noise level in the work environment ranges from low to moderate.
