How will you make an impact?
Working under close supervision, you will perform a variety of simple to routine tasks by following detailed work instructions. Your role will be critical in maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

What will you do?
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Conduct feeder maintenance, repair, and data tracking.
- Train employees in the operation and maintenance of machinery.
- Train and coordinate activities of Maintenance Assistants (MA).
- Troubleshoot non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in manufacturing.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, or sketches.
- Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform system checkouts.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Comply with and follow all procedures within the company's security policy.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How will you get here?
Education:
- Associate's degree in electronics with an emphasis on servo positioning theory, or an equivalent discipline.
Experience:
- Zero to two years of relevant work experience, preferably with electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Assistant may be substituted.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Experience with basic and specialized hand tools, leveling instruments, and knowledge of torque specifications.
- Basic mathematics proficiency.
- Understanding of electronic color codes and component value markings.
- Knowledge of safety practices and requirements.
- Familiarity with personal computers in a Windows environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email).
- Experience using specialized maintenance tracking programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing machinery.
