Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
• Learn and utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify potential candidates

• Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
• Support the team in exploring new and innovative sourcing strategies
Screening and Initial Assessment:
• Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, basic qualifications, and interest in the role
• Document screening results accurately and efficiently
Interview Coordination:
• Assist in scheduling interviews (phone, video, and in-person) with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms and sending calendar invites
• Ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for candidates
Employer Branding Support:
• Assist in promoting the company's employer brand through various channels
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed
Administrative Support :
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
• Assist in preparing interview materials and candidate communication
• Assist in generating basic recruitment reports as required
• Support the team with recruitment-related administrative tasks and projects
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with GPA > 7.0/10
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience
• Excellent English skills
