Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

This role can be based remotely USA.

Oversees strategy, implementation, and delivery of innovative tech initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency. Leads cross-functional teams to optimize internal systems while providing top-tier client solutions. Oversees the day-to-day internal operations of Jabil's Indirect Technology stack including Coupa, Digital Adoption (WalkMe, WhatFix or Userlane), and Strategic Sourcing (ScanMarket, Coupa Sourcing, Coupa CSO) including the management of global shared services for catalog and supplier enablement. Oversees the development and day-to-day external operations of Jabil's Procurement Technology Services. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, fosters stakeholder collaboration, and maintains a focus on emerging technologies. Adept at balancing technical execution with business objectives, delivering measurable results, and cultivating long-term partnerships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Operations:

  • Provide and facilitate thought leadership in support of developing new and differentiated capabilities
  • Lead product demonstrations to customers, business units and any other stakeholders
  • Interface with the functional business teams to conceptualize and build valuable solutions, products and services
  • Interface with the customers, business units, functional and divisional leads to understand and translate pain points to ultimately drive maximum service level to the customer
  • Provide and facilitate thought leadership in support of developing new and differentiated capabilities
  • Manage the brand identity and communications related to the solutions, products and services
  • Own the product roadmap for innovative differentiated products and services for Jabil
  • Oversee the development progress of the products with internal and external development teams as well as IT
  • Develop training materials, architectural documentation, marketing documentation and all other collateral related to the solutions, products and services
  • Provide training and coaching to the user community to ensure the most efficient use of solutions, products and services
  • Drive the deployment and user adoption of the solutions, products and services and track and monitor their value
  • Facilitate value creation with the customers and business units by interpreting the actions derived from solutions, products and services
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Jabil's Supply Chain capabilities and tools.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

External Services:

  • Engage directly with our clients on various procurement and supply chain-related initiatives focused on improving efficiency, driving effectiveness, and increasing their ability to influence spending and drive value throughout their organizations.
  • Manage and support client project workstreams, such as:
    • Supply chain and procurement assessments
    • Procurement strategy roadmap creation and capability development
    • Scenario modeling and analytics
    • Coupa Implementations, Managed Services, Platform Run and Maintain
  • Supports internal firm-building initiatives such as:
    • Scoping, market, and supplier research
    • RFx (development, management, and evaluation)
    • Supplier evaluation & selection
    • Negotiations
    • Operational improvement & innovation
    • Business development and practice development efforts, including but not limited to the development of knowledge capital, proposal, and RFP responses
    • Benchmarking
    • Client Research
    • Employee Development
    • Managing resources and managing client or internal projects
    • Lead teams of consultants, analysts, and other staff members to oversee the support and services provided to clients

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of global procurement technology industry. Must include Coupa's Business Spend Management Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement & Sourcing.
  • Strong proficiency in consulting services delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in determining procurement requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
  • Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
  • Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
  • Strong and convincing communication skills.
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
  • Knowledge in AI in Procurement is nice to have

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Five years' experience in procurement disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of commercial requirements.
  • Strong familiarity with services financial models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent, from a top-tier school or a school with a well-recognized procurement or supply chain program
  • Experience managing direct reports and directing project teams
  • Proven track record of managing consulting projects to a successful outcome, working with ambiguity, unclear requirements, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage advisory engagements through all stages, proposal & contract development through final delivery, resolving problems, mitigating delays, and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Must possess expert-level skills with financial assessments, data assessments, MS Excel (including pivot tables), creating charts and graphs, and creating MS PowerPoint presentations
  • Must have the ability to travel.
