Job Description
Основні обов'язки:
- Розробка документів правового характеру.
- Перевірка та перегляд господарських договорів;
- Консультування з питань поточної діяльності підприємства;
- Підготовка запитів та відповідей на запити контролюючих, правоохоронних та ін. уповноважених органів;
- Предствництво в судах;
- Виконання інших завдань за дорученням керівництва.

Кваліфікаційні вимоги:
- Вища освіта відповідного напрямку та досвід роботи за професією юриста не менше 3 років;
- Англійська мова: Upper-Intermediate;
- Висока комунікабельність;
- Відповідальність, дисциплінованість, ініціативність та наполегливість.
- Здатність працювати в команді;
- Хороші аналітичні здібності;
- Здатність ефективно працювати під тиском строків та пріоритетів, що визначаються керівником юридичного відділу;
- Знання: законодавство України, у т.ч. що регулює ЗЕД підприємства;
Буде перевагою:
- Досвід роботи у міжнародній виробничій компанії/ІТ компанії;
- Наявність свідоцтва про право на заняття адвокатською.
