JOB SUMMARY
Jabil Inc., an S&P 500 global manufacturer, is seeking an attorney with debt finance experience to join the legal team. The lawyer in this role will partner with Jabil's global Treasury Department to provide strategic support for the full range of finance activities, including banking and credit facilities, parent company guarantees, accounts receivable financings, and other cash management activities. We are looking for a candidate who is innovative, hands-on and enjoys a busy work environment. We will ask you to develop solutions to difficult questions daily.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This attorney will:
- Draft and review credit agreements, security agreements and other primary loan documents.
- Draft and review documents related to accounts receivable financing, securitization programs, commercial paper, senior notes, hedging activities, supply chain financing, and other financing instruments.
- Lead or participate in the process of each transaction to assist stakeholders to progress their workstreams, identify and manage risk and achieve desired results.
- Provide counsel on a variety of matters for the Treasury group, including analyzing covenants, confirming authorizations and assisting with governance matters.
- Build processes that address risk and also provide us with flexibility to move quickly.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Good oral and written communication, good judgement, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work in a changing, fast paced, and energetic environment.
• Strong work ethic, ability to partner with colleagues and resolve conflict, business acumen with practical approach to problem solving, ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Juris Doctor degree and member of a bar in good standing, eligible to practice law in jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 6 years legal experience, preferably in a national law firm or public company.
