JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Logistics Coordinator will oversee the freight movement across various transportation modes, ensuring efficient handling of cargo for both domestic and international shipments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange and manage freight movement for multiple products and clients, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
- Monitor shipments of materials, products, and finished goods between locations and partners, ensuring efficient logistics operations.
- Provide tracking information to related parties and internal supervisors, maintaining clear communication with transportation companies and adhering to FMCSA guidelines.
- Interact with Business Units and external partners to resolve exceptions and expedite shipments.
- Resolve complaints or delivery issues by offering effective solutions.
- Review and process invoices for freight movements, verifying that all applicable charges are valid and accurate.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of domestic transportation and international shipping processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and negotiation with various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions for effective decision-making.
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics software.

The pay range for this role is $79,348 - $142,826. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: January 06, 2025.
As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
