Job Description
SME Product Engineering is a combination of a technical expert of processes, programs, and systems in one or multiple functional areas and a change manager with a focus on a change management team to improve current business systems or/and processes. SME Product Engineering will lead all change management-related projects, including CM tool deployments, must train the Site's employees about CM (ECN, MCN, PCN), and conduct audits to ensure the proper and efficient execution of the CM Procedure and improve the site CM processes. Through the standardization, optimization, and simplification of projects, SME Product Engineering ensures the stakeholders effectively and efficiently execute the change management process.

Requires Engineering Bachelors degree or equivalent; 3-5 years of working experience in change management or related field; 8 or more years of experience in an ECO Coordinator/Product Engineering function with MrP experience; Must have experience working with product specifications and customer documentation. 职务条件：- 机械、材料、电子或相关专业 研究生及以上学历 。
- 至少5年碳纤维复合材料设计及制造工艺开发经验。
- 深入了解碳纤维材料的特性和应用，熟悉模压成型、RTM、热塑成型、切割、注塑等制造技术。
- 具备较强的分析能力及解决问题的能力，能够独立开展工艺开发和优化工作。
- 熟练使用CAD软件进行模具设计及工艺模拟。
- 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，能够在跨部门协作环境中高效工作。
- 英语熟练，能够阅读和撰写技术文档。
