About This Role

The Marketing Associate for the Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) product line plays a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, MCT, this individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop impactful content, support product launches, and enable sales success. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively across a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and deliver effective messaging and high-quality marketing materials—including product overviews, datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, emails, and digital content for social media—ensuring brand consistency, alignment with business objectives, and driving product awareness and engagement.
  • Partner with product, enablement, and sales teams to create and maintain sales enablement tools such as case studies, competitive resources, and objection-handling materials.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including demand generation efforts (e.g., sales flyers, nurture emails, and onboarding content) and product launch initiatives, from pre-launch preparations to post-launch evaluations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities in line with company priorities and timelines.
  • Oversee the creation, review, and approval of digital and print content for platforms such as websites, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing and sales teams to deliver timely field support and empower clinical selling through targeted tools that highlight product value, outcomes, and clinical efficacy.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategic positioning and continuously refine messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in med-tech, healthcare, or technology.
  • Skills:
    • Strong content creation and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, social media tools, and CMS.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Service-oriented and responsive mindset, demonstrating a commitment to going the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Proven capacity to think critically and navigate complex situations with agility and creativity.
    • Reliable and conscientious, consistently meet deadlines and deliver dependable results.
    • Adept at managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time completion with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Possess a strong passion and curiosity about the healthcare space.

$95,000$110,000 USD
