iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced DUAL SERVICE CLINICAL EXPERT in our Deerfield or San Francisco Office. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate the ongoing development of staff to ensure iRhythm’s performance standards are met as defined by the AT performance standards
  • Assist with administering day-to-day activities of the AT service in accordance with established policies to provide high quality services
  • Lead coaching sessions to drive performance and assess team members behaviors/dynamics
  • Provide oversight of phone queue, transmission queue, verbal order status and other ongoing tasks
  • Contribute to the strategic management, planning, and leadership of the company
  • Lead team huddles to drive performance and assess team behaviors/dynamics
  • Partner with Management to assess root cause and recommend potential solutions.
  • Fosters competence and professional growth of the team by facilitating adoption of new processes, policy and system updates
  • Reinforce ongoing competency and productivity process
  • Assist, as needed, with interpretation and troubleshooting complex arrhythmias for the AT team
  • Escalate any systems or record concerns to Management
  • Meet or exceed the service level, productivity and quality metrics as defined for the role
  • As needed, effectively communicate ECG abnormalities by notifying physicians as required according to physician notification protocol
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the quality management and quality improvement programs for AT service
  • Assist Management with the evaluation of training needs for the team and implement/champion the appropriate development plans
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the Standard Operations Policy and Procedure Manual
  • Assist with scanning and QA as needed
  • Work assigned shift (day, evening, or overnight schedule) and alternating weekends
  • Other duties as assigned

About you:

An experienced PATCH TECHNICIAN with the following qualifications:

  • Rhythm Clinical Quality (QA) training and experience preferred
  • Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of coaching, mentoring, clinical expert or training experience preferred
  • Clinical QA process training preferred
  • Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to assess needs, identify problems, explore alternatives, and implement solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong clinical skills and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to facilitate a team environment
  • Must possess excellent customer relations and phone skills
  • Must possess excellent organizational abilities and be oriented towards detailed work and documentation
  • This role is an in-office/hybrid position

$50,200$95,680 USD
