Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with department heads to understand their hiring needs.

Location: Boston Metro area (office hybrid model)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s hiring goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
    • Manage career path opportunities for the team and understand how and where to get them involved in other projects to support their growth.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support where needed.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Work with Learning and Development team to establish High Potential Entry Level (HPEL) programs across various departments.
  • Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.
    • Develop strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and lead the business through these efforts.
    • Spearhead the organization through ongoing learning opportunities focused on DEIB efforts.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
    • Work closely with Finance and Legal no recruitment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with unique hiring programs to establish diverse cohorts and talent mix.
  • Experience in a similar industry or sector.

Base Compensation Range: ($172,000.00 to $185,000.00) annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission and equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
