An exciting opportunity to provide support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of InvoiceCloud.  We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive support. The ideal candidate has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, while also maintaining a sense of calm in a variety of high-pressure situations. In addition to being organized, analytical, strategic, and resourceful, an ideal candidate must possess strong business judgment, high attention to detail and communication skills, and the ability to interact with a variety of people in a professional and welcoming manner. Enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness are crucial, as is a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality. 

What will you do in this role?

  • Proactively provide high-level executive administrative support to the CRO
  • Track tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization with respect to deadlines and organizational changes
  • Arrange and coordinate key meetings
  • Help prepare agendas, presentations, and content for meetings
  • Access, review, prioritize, triage and respond to inbound communications including email and voicemail requests
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent ability to translate data into presentations or critique presentations when requested
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and representative of the CRO in all communications with internal and external parties
  • Facilitate Employer Brand initiatives in partnership with HR and Marketing teams
  • Help drive smooth and flawless execution of strategic initiatives involving outside partners and agencies
  • Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate, delegate and work under pressure

The Successful Candidate in this Role Will Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in an administrative support role required
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth environments
  • Exceptional email, written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A general interest in Human Resources and Marketing
  • College degree or equivalent
