Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting inbound/outbound transaction by working with 3PL
• Maintaining effective communication with key service providers (3PL, Customs agency, Freight forwarder, etc.)
• Conducting cycle counting for Finished goods and Spare parts along with the schedule
• Performing inventory reconciliation between Company’s ERP system and 3PL’s WMS
• Updating the database of KMDIA by working with Korea Regulatory Affairs Team
• Performing EDI approvals of KMDIA (Pre-declaration of Medical Device Importation)
• Conducting data validation to apply KOR-US free trade agreement and Maintaining documents
• Maintaining operational processes aligned with Global procedures and national laws and regulations
• Ensuring works proceeded compliant to Desktop procedures and SOPs, KPIs, SLA
• Supporting ad-hoc projects like Customs audit etc.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Expectations / Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Work experience in warehouse management, demand planning or SCM in Medical device industry is preferred
• Sound interpersonal skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
