Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

This position will be responsible for designing, implementation along with supporting security across our entire SAP ecosystem. As an Sr. SAP Security Analyst, you would be working closing with our internal/external audit and compliance teams.

Responsibilities:

This position has responsibility for:

  • SAP Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security standards and procedures, role design, troubleshooting, and business information requests.
  • Work with Business Owners to define security requirements. Such requirements will include user roles, authorizations designs, access control and compliance monitoring.
  • Design end to end SAP security roles and authorizations for new projects and enhancements.
  • Provides support for Incidents linked to SAP security in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Participate in internal/external and compliance audits.
  • Lead and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) accross SAP ecosystem.
  • Analyze requests to adequately assess risk and best practices to define acceptable solutions, aligning business and security requirements.
  • Ensure compliance by keeping systems and applications in a validated state according to legal and corporate requirements with respect to, e.g. FDA and SOX; implement or maintain appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Identify system and process gaps, construct project proposals and deploy solutions.
  • Drive deployment of stargetic roadmaps, initiatives and projects.
  • Engineer and build role based access controls.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP Security experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Identity Access Management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP security design, implementation, and administration across all areas of SAP (GRC, ECC, CRM, HANA and Portal).
  • Working experience with SAP GRC Access Controls.
  • Capable of communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying skills sets, communicating with both technology providers and business leaders.
  • Experience with SOX audit/assessment/examination.
  • Demonstrated experience teaming with business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects and organization change management.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with active directory architecture and design, identity federation, provisions processes, and single sign-on (SSO).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of MS or Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field (or additional related experience).
