Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
Managing the team that is responsible for RMA shipment process for international and domestic shipments, and the receiving process for reconciliation of all RMAs for the Service Depot.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the RMA teams process, disposition, and tracking of related shipments and returns.
- Manage discrepant returns to enable RMA processing.
- Control of returns material storage within RMA Receiving area.
- Identify and communicate gaps in RMA process and present solutions for improvement.
- Ensure the team has a proven understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Department Operating Procedures (DOPs), and work instructions for audit readiness.
- Work with Sr. Manager to help the team accomplish Department, Operational and WIN goals.
- Implement continuous improvement projects each year to ensure best practices are being followed.
Qualifications
Skill/Job Requirements:

In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the person must have:
- Knowledge and experience leading a team in Service Operations and/or Reverse Logistics
- Understanding of ERP Business Information Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Agile)
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- College degree and/or 5+ years’ experience in medical device or medical technology.
