What is the role?

Responsible for planning and scheduling the daily work-load of hourly staff, ensuring that all work assignments and demands are being met.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage, lead, and motivate a staff of union/non-union employees. 
  • Plan and assign daily work-load, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure that work-orders are completed on a daily basis and all records are kept up to date. 
  • Monitor and assess employees' job performance in the field. 
  • Promote safety and ensure that all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is being utilized. 
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends. 
  • Record entries/postings in the companies database (i.e. workforce, quattro and other company based apps) 
  • Based out of Secaucus warehouse and must travel around the 5 boroughs (with use of company vehicle)

Key Skills & Qualifications,

  • Organized, resourceful, creative problem solver.
  • The ability to deliver large scale assignments timely and accurately.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work well with others and build relationships.
  • Knowledge of geographical area
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Internet & Network Based Applications
  • Must have a clean Driver’s License with no more than 3 moving violations or chargeable accidents in the past 3 years
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and willing to work in any environment.
