The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the successful candidate will be part of the team that will drive significant market awareness, pipeline generation, strategic engagement and revenue generation with leading Partners through all major GTM motions.
The main focus of the role is to engage, enable and execute Go to Market relationships supporting the Company's goals, aligned to the partner strategy and objectives.
Interos Partners with i) Global Systems Integrators & Consulting firms ii) Enterprise Software platforms relevant to a joint solution iii) Data/content providers where a joint GTM adds value to our position and iv) Companies that offer a Strategic value based on industry or market leadership
Essential Functions/Duties:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives. Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that drive revenue growth, enhance product offerings, and increase market reach.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners, alliances prospects and others, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals. Manage ongoing partnerships to optimize performance and maximize value for both parties. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to leverage partnerships for customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion. Develop joint marketing and sales strategies to promote our solutions through all partner channels.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our business. Use this knowledge to identify new alliance and partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Establish mutually beneficial, commercial relationships with key personnel in assigned Partner accounts.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy that aligns with Interos' business objectives and growth targets. Identify and prioritize potential alliance partners based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and mutual benefit. Foster strong relationships with alliance partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive joint initiatives.
- Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by cultivating excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Ensures Partner compliance with Partner agreements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within the SAAS industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management experience, with a track record of building and leading successful partnership teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives through partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating complex agreements and contracts that drive mutual value.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the SAAS market landscape, including key players, trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through strategic partnerships. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Proven Track Record: Consistently achieving or exceeding targets related to Partner revenue contribution and engagement.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units, Partners and solution teams in complex engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or related field Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience as a VP+ level with successful growth of a major global program

- Travel Requirements: This position may require up to 50% travel. Frequently, travel is outside the local area and overnight.
- Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
- Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
- Compensation range is base salary of $255,000 - $305,000. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
