The Opportunity: This dedicated customer facing role is proficient understanding of the Interos platform capabilities and maintains fluency and internal team ownership in an aspect of the Interos Platform or common analytical theme as the internal team subject matter expert. The Senior Operational Resilience Consultant has primary responsibility for the creation of enhanced insights and detailed alerts related to premium services offered by Interos.

Essential Functions/Duties:

  • In close collaboration with the broader customer experience team and with direct guidance from our Customer Success management, the Business Analyst provides critical premium services related to customers' needs of additional data, research, summary insights and continuous monitoring of the supplier eco system.
  • Uses data, analytics, and insights, in addition to external context, to inform internal decisions and recommended next steps. Identifies and applies analysis to macro trends that provide context to customer deliverables and assesses how that context may impact other Interos customers in a proactive manner.
  • Offers enhancement of insights for 5 risk factors by offering additional background, executive summary and "so what" factor to insights.
  • Regularly presents insights, research findings and analysis to customers and prospects. Building relationship and familiarity with customer contacts.
  • Regularly creates clear visualizations and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the results of their analysis.
  • Ensures continuous monitoring of customer specific T1s for insights- i.e. news alerts, cyber-attacks, etc.
  • Applies similar level of continuous monitoring of customer specific T1s for maps - review of existing supply chain, verification and validation of supplier connections, alerts for additions to the supply chain.
  • Creates and delivers bi-weekly/monthly reports on changes to supply chain, update in insights provided to customer via reporting mechanism - i.e. Excel, PPT, Tableau, etc.
  • Creates additional value for key customers working with extended Customer Experience team.
  • Work to directly prioritize suppliers as it pertains to Pre/Post sales activities.
  • Assist in creation and management of demo assets for both Pre/Post Sales activities.
  • Comfortable working with and presenting data in spreadsheets or whitepapers.
  • Be a change agent and drive innovation with your own ideas.
  • With limited guidance and content review, uses strong attention to detail and understanding of data warehouse to provide premium services containing actionable insights.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5+ years' experience in a similar data analytics role OR have equivalent technical competence and experience in education.
  • Has a mature understanding of data structures, relational databases, and SQL (Structured Query Language). This includes the ability to develop queries for standard uses.
  • Employs working knowledge of account structure, goals, and customer challenges to complete service deliverables.
  • Adept with Product and Sales department's internal processes and procedures. Proficient in analytical tools and techniques.
  • Breaks down complex tasks into manageable parts. Considers short- and long-term impacts prior to making recommendations. Thinks multiple milestones ahead.
  • Prioritizes project work independently, works with team and manager to understand impact across roadmap priorities.
  • Proven passion and expertise for the discipline in Data profiling, Data Analysis, Research.

Min Years of Rel Exp w/Degree: Bachelor's (5 years exp); Master's (3 years exp)

Minimum Degree Requirement: Bachelor's

Preferred Qualifications: Industry or Vertical expertise in FSI, A&D, High Tech

Location: All USA

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.

Physical Demands: This is a largely sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
