The Opportunity

Third Party Risk Management is critical in today's global landscape, and Interos is uniquely positioned to exponentially grow its marketshare over the next 18 months. As the first and only multi-tier, multi-factor business relationship intelligence platform that continuously monitors critical third parties, we need experienced Sales leaders to drive our Interos AI Platform to decision-makers and system integrator partners seeking solutions for sourcing, resilience, and governance.

Essential Functions/Duties

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, understanding their pain points and unique needs related to operational resiliency, continuous monitoring, and security.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients, focusing on long-term relationships and retention. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and create expansion strategies
  • Engage with C-level executives and other high-ranking officials, providing tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing client decisions and direction.
  • Handle more complex negotiations and contracts, often involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision-making processes.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the Interos platform, demonstrating its relevance and impact on clients' operations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and guidance on cyber, ESG, finance, governance, supply chain, and other critical areas.
  • Drive new business development through a Land & Expand model, collaborating with the broader team to ensure alignment and support.
  • Develop, initiate, and execute comprehensive territory plans to penetrate and close new opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
  • Create and implement detailed quarterly strategy plans tailored to targeted accounts within your specified industry vertical(s).
  • Manage a $1.75M SaaS quota, showcasing consistent growth in quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging market dynamics, adapting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities. Analyze competitive landscape and adjust approaches accordingly.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in your designated industry verticals to effectively engage with clients and prospects.
  • Work closely with Channel Partners and the Interos Alliances team to drive pipeline growth and accelerate deal velocity.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Finance, or Cybersecurity sales.
  • Proven track record of success managing enterprise accounts and closing significant transactions while consistently exceeding targets.
  • Experience in a startup or technology environment, particularly within the B2B sector.
  • Proficiency in software productivity tools (CRM, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software) to achieve position goals.
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills, including strategic thinking, goal setting, and effective time management.

  • Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
  • Travel Requirements: This position may require up to 50% travel. Frequently, travel is outside the local area and overnight.

  • Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
  • Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
