Essential Functions/Duties:
- Collaborate with leadership across Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development to design and execute the GTM strategy, tying to overall company and Board-level goals.
- Support the annual capacity planning process, including forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation
- Full Funnel Workflows and Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end revenue workflows to ensure seamless integration across marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Build and manage dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs); provide actionable and strategic insights into revenue performance and operational efficiency
- Own the operational processes from a strategic (long-term) to tactical (immediate) perspective, ensuring alignment among all Revenue teams
- Provide support for the selection, implementation, and optimization of Revenue organization tools (e.g., CRM, enrichment, outreach, engagement platforms), ensuring that technology solutions support the team's goals and improve operational efficiency. Manage vendor agreements and relationships
- Serve as a key liaison between the Revenue organization and Marketing, Product, People, Legal, and Finance teams
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or sales operations, ideally in a growth-stage B2B software company with experience in building workflows and reporting throughout the entire customer journey (Top of Funnel through renewal and on)
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, including system architecture, implementation, and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the broader sales tech stack (e.g., Lean Data, Clari, Apollo.io, etc.)
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in executing the day-to-day operational needs of the business
- Experience with data analytics, managing reports, dashboards, and forecasting models
- A strong focus on team success and internal and external customer outcomes
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
Compensation range is $180,000 - $205,000. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
