You will work with clients ranging from fast-paced start-ups to large global institutions to solve their toughest challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, facilitate, and participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their business landscape and challenges
  • Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations
  • Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high degree of alignment and understanding of problems and their solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Develop impactful strategies and deliver compelling solutions that add value, improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk
  • Develop requirements and business processes, and support project planning, management, and delivery 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience delivering business or IT projects in a consulting context
  • Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills
  • Understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability think, write, and present in complex ideas in a logical and structured manner
  • Impactful leadership and management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of financial services domain is considered an asset
