Intapp is expanding the pre-sales organization with a Platform Solution Consultant focused on the Intapp Secure Cloud. The Solution Consultant is Intapp’s primary technical sales expert, and this role is focused on helping firms realize the benefits of the Intapp platform through a cohesive deployment of the underlying components. Cloud infrastructure and security, data integration, business workflows, and solution architecture are all critical points of consideration for firms initiating or expanding their footprint on the Intapp platform. The Platform Solution Consultant is responsible for assessing the current state for enterprise prospects and providing the map for what the future state looks like and how the firm will get there.

This is presales role primarily focused on the technical stakeholders within a firm (CIO, Dir IT, DBAs, etc.). Comfort with cloud technology and security protocols is a must as well as the desire to design, build, and present compelling demonstrations of integrated data. Success will require deep collaboration with the sales team members including Value Engineering, product management, implementation consultants and others.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact within the sales team for all things related to cloud and data integration
- Own the creation, maintenance and departmental leverage of a connected data demonstration environment highlighting integrations between Intapp and external systems
- Tailor demonstrations and proofs of concept based on informed discovery
- Deliver solution presentations to all levels of audiences from technical administrators to business users to executive-level management
- Advise clients on enterprise and solution architecture
- Collaborate with clients and implementation teams to model and plan out realization plans that meet firm objectives within the given constraints
- Assist with custom presentations/demonstrations on workflow, data, and integration
- Curate the knowledge library for RFP/RFI responses
- Maintain thorough knowledge of competitive landscape, product offerings, etc., and assist with product strategy alignment accordingly
- Establish Intapp’s point of view of technology trends and key topics
Skills and Knowledge:
- 3+ years hands-on experience implementing and/or architecting enterprise cloud software solutions
- 2+ years presales experience at enterprise software company
- Strong consultative approach, consulting experience a strong advantage
- Strong technical skills including cloud security protocols, data integration, REST and SOAP web services, SaaS deployments, and SQL databases
- Strong modeling skills with the ability to provide simple yet comprehensive graphical representation of complexity
- Dell Boomi experience highly desirable
- Solution and enterprise architecting experience required, including data warehouse and/or data hub strategies
- Able to articulate a strong understanding of the business issues related to enterprise software and IT
- Possess high integrity, teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills
- Technical degree from an accredited university
