Account Manager
Intapp is looking for a strategic Account Manager to cultivate and grow its existing DealCloud product client base. In this role you will identify new opportunities while maximizing customer benefit and adoption of our software platform. The strategic Account Manager will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships, procuring associated renewals, and turning critically important accounts into deeply engaged, strategic partners. Joining Intapp will give new team members an opportunity to work with a very talented leadership team of executives with backgrounds that include leading Wall Street firms.

What You’ll Do:
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services
- Managing the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process
- Acting as a representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders
- Work to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities
- Work with clients to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
- Provide timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues
- Communicate with key customers, business partners and executives on significant issues and accomplishments

What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2+ years of account management experience in software industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
- Natural leadership skills and ability to mobilize people towards a goal
- Ability to pick up new technologies easily
- Good understanding of Excel, financial modeling and financial reporting
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plus
- Knowledge of the private equity and financial services market preferred
