Position Title: SuccessFactors Client Relationship Manager
Position Summary:
Monument Consulting is seeking a Client Relationship Manager "CRM" to lead client sales and client-relationship management within their target accounts. The CRM will be focused on SAP SuccessFactors SaaS solutions in their designated region. They will pursue emerging opportunities with new clients, as well as maintain relationships with active clients to identify areas of potential growth. The CRM will report directly to the VP, managing our SuccessFactors Practice and partner with other department leaders as needed to organize sales presentations and write proposals for prospective clients. The individual is expected to embrace a complex and grueling sales cycle for services and identify licensing opportunities with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Interpret prospect needs early and adjust approach to address needs
- Recognize challenges early in sales process and walk away from unfavorable opportunities
- Identify key stakeholders and build trust (enterprise level sales skills)
- Collaborate with AE's from industry partners and internal partners
- Network and build relationships with C-Level executives (preferably HR executives)
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders
- Draft and coordinate responses for Requests for Proposal (RFP)
- Schedule, design and deliver presentations to stakeholders and C-Suite executives
- Oversee execution of Client Services Agreements and Implementation SOWs
- Network with relevant organizations (i.e. SAP, Workforce Software, PlanSource, etc) and participate in lead generation activities to generate new business within the SAP Eco-system
- Participate and initiate QBR's within your respective region
- Manage a 2M Quota, which may be adjusted annually
- Occasionally serve as a sponsor on new client implementations to ensure successful communication with client sponsorship team
Qualifications
- 5+ Years in Sales
- Ability to travel as needed, 5 to 6 nights per month, year-round (will be responsible for creating their own schedule and booking travel)
- Relevant experience selling SaaS based solutions
- Experience prospecting and building out a healthy pipeline
- Organization and Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently, self-starter
- Consultative and solutions-based mentality
- Creative thinking skills
- Professional writing skills to complete detailed RFPs
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce
- Highly collaborative
Pay Range
USD $120,000.00 - USD $142,000.00 /Yr.
