Overview
We're seeking a Manager for our Consultant Onboarding Department at Insight Global. This role requires a passion for people and process enhancement, with responsibilities in both functional and personnel leadership.
Responsibilities
Personnel Leadership:
• Conduct weekly 1x1s and quarterly assessments with direct reports.
• Approve PTO requests and ensure team coverage.
• Enforce company and department policies, culture, and behaviors.
• Lead weekly team and Department meetings and manage agenda.
• Ensure effective resource utilization and drive accountability to Department SLA's and metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day efficiencies and accuracy.
• Participate in new hire interviews, onboarding, and training.

• Plan for succession and transitions by building and managing career roadmaps.
Functional Leadership:
• Collaborate with cross-divisional partners to deliver on Department and Company priorities.
• Monitor onboarding requests and conduct monthly audits and reporting.
• Improve processes based on feedback and escalations.
• Maintain data efficiencies, SLAs, and identify gaps.
• Provide solutions to organizational challenges.
• Use Lean Six Sigma mindset in process improvement.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of Onboarding, Compliance, Recruiting and/or Staffing Operations knowledge.
• Previous personnel leadership experience.
• Proven success in project or process leadership.
• Experience in a fast-paced, results driven role.
• Excellent customer-focused communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel, data entry, research, and time management skills.
• Ability to innovate and adapt to change.
