Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst in Wealth Management Domain. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Minneapolis MN or Charlotte NC or be willing to relocate to the area.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience in Capital markets functions and trading in Equity, Derivatives and OTC.
- At least 7 years of experience working in Wealth Management specifically in Separately Managed Account (SMA).
- Ability to estimate work effort for reporting or database development.
- Ability to capture and document requirements.
- Using data from a variety of sources, analyze complex business issues, incorporating company and industry knowledge, mathematical and technical expertise, and sound analytical processes.
- Strong change management and documentation skills.
- Accurately plans and organizes the length and difficulty of tasks and projects.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Main point of contact for answering questions related to reporting and analytics.
- Provide and review reports of quantitative and qualitative data produced both internally and externally to the company.
- Produce routine or ad-hoc reporting as part of a larger project or special business concern.
- Present results of analysis or reports/recommendations to business partners
