Infosys is seeking Veeva Techno functional BA with proven requirement gathering skills and have experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on the information gathered in technical workshops. This position will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle; involved in business process consulting; define the problem, propose and create the solution; also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution; and will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Required Qualifications:
- The preferred work location for this position is Hartford, CT, Indianapolis, IN, Raleigh, NC, Pheonix, AZ, and Bridgewater, NJ and candidate must relocate to this location. This position may require travel in the USA.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- 4 years' experience in Pharmaceutical R&D
- Good command on Life Science R&D Domain Business Functions.

- Experience in Veeva Vault configuration
- Perform Veeva Vault user access management:
- Create/Maintain Work Instructions
- Create/Manage Veeva Vault QMS change controls
- Perform Veeva Vault configuration changes for enhancements and elective release functionality
- Veeva Certification and configuration experience in at least one of eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, RIM
- Veeva Vault environment management
- Monitor various email inboxes, ServiceNow groups and team channel communications for action.
- Analyze ServiceNow ticket history for trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage business and IS stakeholders.
- PS: All the above ask require hands on experience, and the desired team member has to be performing these activities on day-to-day basis.
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
- Familiarity with software development methodology such as Agile/Scrum.
