SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The UiPath Solution Designer will manage and deliver components of business engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative RPA solutions for the organization. Candidate is responsible for analyzing as-is state of business processes and identify opportunities for automation. The role will expect the person to be strong in user requirement gathering, design solutions and bridging with the development team. Candidates who can work with BU to elicit and validate requirements and can perform RPA solution design (including IDP if possible) on the UiPath platform.

Work location: Hong Kong

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to identify processes viable to be automated and associated ROI.
  • Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design and process design.
  • Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a plan for RPA strategy.
  • Understand & elaborately document the process flows, decision points, exception handling; identify systems involved, security requirements for an automation requirement.
  • Writing process definition documentation, allowing both business and technical representation to follow the to-be solution.
  • Working with Solution Architects on the overall To-Be solution.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Technology Business Analysis and/or Process Improvement.
  • Experience in Intelligent Automation tools such as RPA UiPath.
  • Experience in Intelligent document processing (IDP).
  • Strong analytical skills and able to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English language.
  • RPA solution design (including IDP if possible) on the UiPath platform
Must Have:
  • Automation (RPA) knowledge in UiPath
  • Cantonese and English language
  • RPA solution design (including IDP if possible) on the UiPath platform.
