Infosys is looking for RPA Infrastructure and service support Consultant.
Talent will be part of both the UiPath platform and server administration team. Their primary responsibility of this team is to ensure business continuity of the UiPath infrastructure both Orchestrator and Windows server on which these bots. Also to manage and maintain Password management vault software CyberArk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Candidate must be in Irving, TX or willing to relocate to the area.
  • At least 6 years of Information Technology experience

  • Strong knowledge on UiPath end to end use case lifecycle.
  • E2E Management of UiPath Orchestrator.
  • User Management.
  • Resource Management.
  • Scheduling of Jobs.
  • Code Deployment.
  • Windows Server Administration.
  • Configuration and Maintenance of Windows Servers with required software for deploying bots.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing server's issues related to bot failures.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing Windows servers issues.

  • Upgrading Windows Servers.
  • CyberArk Administration.
  • Installing, Configurating and Maintaining CyberArk on Windows Servers.
  • Troubleshooting CyberArk and BIM related issues for bots.
  • Maintaining SOX compliance in all activities and SOX Audit reporting.
  • ServiceNow - Incident management and Reporting.
  • Automation of manual activities using scripts (PowerShell, C#, .net etc.).
  • Provide accurate and consistent status reports to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication skills for client and other stakeholder management.
Must have Skills:
  • 6+ years of business/technology work experience.
  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience working on engagements that have incorporated UiPath administration, Windows Administration and CyberArk Administration.
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Windows Server VMs.
  • Experience automating windows server maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
  • Experience working and management multiple stakeholders across the globe.
  • Participate in a shift pattern/on-call rotation providing covering 24 X 5 EST On Call and weekend coverage.
  • Flexibility in scheduling with a willingness to work extra non-standard hours.
  • Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe and manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job.
  • Experience working in Telecom domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Weekend and Holiday support may be required (On Call & Rotated within team)
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
