Infosys is seeking a Transition and Change Manager
The role of a Transition and Change Manager involves overseeing and facilitating the smooth implementation of changes within various processes and systems across the organization. This position requires a strategic understanding of the change management process, excellent communication skills, proficiency in distilling complex information into simple terms, and the ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Portland, OR or must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Change Management Execution: Implementing change management strategies that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. The Transition and Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
- External Customer Communications: Develop communications strategy, schedule and create content for external customer communications regarding the change and change impacts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with all stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the change process are communicated effectively. This includes preparing detailed plans to deal with resistance and feedback.
- Risk and Impact Analysis: Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
- Training and Support: Developing and delivering training programs that will manage transitions effectively. Ensuring that all teams are adequately prepared for changes.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking and reporting the outcomes of change management activities. This includes the use of metrics and audits to ensure high productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Certification in the PROSCII ADKAR Model, ACMP or other equivalent change management framework.
- Proven experience (5 years) in change management roles, with a focus on customer-centric initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Ability to grasp complex topics and articulate these concepts in simplified form for diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stress and complexity under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

Desired
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and customer data management principles.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
