Responsibilities:
The Transformation Manager oversees a large and diverse team consisting of procurement and sourcing professionals, working seamlessly across the globe. This individual manages an entire procurement transformation program. Additionally, this person is a sound negotiator and is highly articulate, encompassing the full range of skills and procurement and supply chain experience. The skills and experience should include MRO, CapEx, procurement operations, tail spend management, program management, and the ability to influence and drive change in a digital / technology transformation.

Qualifications Basic:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the job description
Preferred:
  • Relevant experience in a CPG / Manufacturing environment, including knowledge of CapEx and Maintenance & Services categories.
  • Ability to define and execute end-to-end sourcing & procurement processes including category management & procurement analytics, supplier management, sourcing, contracts, order/goods receipt/invoice management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Transformation Mindset: Ability to identify and project manage transformation /improvement opportunities, including procurement operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP, Coupa, or other Procurement ERP software systems
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

While our clients are located all over North America, our team enjoys brainstorming professional ideas, sharing foodie recommendations, and participating in group outings in the architectural capital, Chicago Illinois, where our US office is headquartered.
