Talents will be upskilled on Murex and Summit. There will be training provided upon joining.

Domain skills required:

  • Good background on capital markets - FX, FX Option, Commodities, Equities.
  • Understanding of trading life cycle.
  • Knowledge on investment banking processes.
  • Must be able to provide trade floor support.
Technical skills required

Must Have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Techno-functional role.
  • Operating System: UNIX, Linux.
  • Conversant with trouble shooting for technical issues, Support SLA's etc.
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to multitask in a high-pressure Trading. environment.
  • Understanding of Unix Shell Scripts and Sybase.
  • Good understanding of technology from the perspective of products implementation, systems integration and data migration.
  • Strong SǪL skills
  • Strong Experience with Job scheduling tools such as UC4/Autosys etc.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and its functions.

  • Expertise in requirement analysis and management, SDLC lifecycle knowledge, change management, Product management including version, configuration management, etc.
  • Proficiency in usage of various development Tools.
  • Should have a good knowledge of best coding practices and experience in non-functional aspects of code.
Non-Technical skills required:
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Processes.
  • Should be able to understand and follow configuration, release and change management tools. Should have prior experience in working with these tools and processes.
  • Requirement Management and Change Management process.
  • Assist with testing, training and implementation to ensure quality assurance and acceptance of the technology solution.
  • Understand the business requirements and provide viable and robust design solution for the technical team to commence configuration or development.
  • Working in a collaborative environment with a large sized team across multiple locations.
  • Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings. The job also requires person to be available on-call in off-hours during weekends and public holidays for any urgent issues.
Job Competencies/Requirements:
  • Should have very good communication skills - should be able to structure thoughts and communicate proficiently in English, should be an active listener and be able to put forward his viewpoint confidently in meetings.
  • Should be available as on-call for urgent priority cases in off-hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts and across time zones.
  • Needs to have a very good analytical capability, should have a methodical approach in solving problems.
  • Should understand and appreciate how his/her work impact the overall project and understand and highlight dependencies proactively.
  • Should have a very good customer orientation in tasks assigned. Should be able to understand customer feedback and align deliverables accordingly.
